Critical Role will collect VAT for shipments into the EU on physical goods under €150. We will collect VAT from the buyer at the time of purchase so the customer will not have to handle this when the order enters the country. For orders above the consignment value of €150, the Critical Role will not collect VAT, and the buyer must pay it upon shipment delivery.
